sort of....we've had Ella's hair trimmed once when she was about a year old, just to clean up the fly aways a bit. And this haircut was about the same. I only let Carmen cut off about a half inch of hair because Ella's still got some of her baby curl left on the very bottom, and I wasn't ready to get rid of all of that just yet.
