Lake Weekend

We spent this past weekend at the lake with Doug and Jess.......to say the kids were excited would have been an understatement!!  They are already asking when we can go back!!

Here is Mae.......first one in the tube and she insisted she went on her own!!  She did amazing!!  Smiles the whole time!!

Then Ella......who had to be talked into it this year!!  She's typically the first one on, but this year she was convinced she was going to drown.........obviously she survived!!

I think it's safe to say they were whipped after a day spend tubing and at the sand bar!!  They all tried so hard to keep their eyes open!!  hahaha

Evan T-Ball

Evan decided he wanted to play t-ball this year........and he really seems to be enjoying it!!  He's got a lot to learn, but I'm very happy that he's enjoying himself and that he's stuck to it!!  His first few games were played when it was still chilly out.......but the last few have been played in the heat.  And Evan isn't one to be out in the heat for too long, so I'm glad he hasn't complained about it being too hot.

Evan Kindergarten Graduation

This kid is just getting too old too fast.........and too big!!  :}  Evan is officially a 1st grader now, and I'm not quite sure I'm ready for that yet!!  He of course did a fantastic job and loved his teacher!!  We couldn't be more proud of him.  He already knows he has Mrs. Tow for 1st grade, and he has found out a few of his friends have her as well.......so he is pretty excited for school to start in the fall.  Congratulations Buddy......mom and dad love you very much and are so proud of you!!

We had a very long weekend and a very busy monday before his program tuesday night......needless to say, he yawned a couple dozen times.......hahaha

Ella Pre-School Graduation

Ella has graduated pre-school and will begin Kindergarten in the fall.......where has the time gone!!??  She was so excited to preform her songs for us!!  She even tricked us by singing other classes songs at home so that we didn't know what her song was.......she wanted to surprise us!!  She's so special!!  Congratulations Boo......mom and dad love you very much and are so proud of you!!

On a side note: we sent both kids to Thomas Edison's pre-school program and we couldn't be more pleased with their school!!  Their teachers and staff are outstanding......I will really miss these ladies that have helped prepare my kids for their future!!

She worked so hard at home to learn to snap her fingers for this program!!  :}
