Farming

I always try to hook up with my dad when they are farming to let the kids ride the tractor or combine. And even though they may get to ride......I very seldom have my camera with me when it's happening!! Thankfully when the farmers were in our field taking off the corn Joe was home with the kids, and the camera. So the kids enjoyed riding around with Dave while he took off the corn. Of course they had a blast, as always. And I'm sure Dave had lots of fun letting them enjoy the ride. :} (and thanks to Joe for getting a few pictures)

Look Close.....

Does it seem right that I was decorating for Christmas and putting up my tree with the heat off and the windows open.....? What a great weekend!! We have so much to be Thankful for.....wonderful people we call family and great friends!! And even though the Buckeyes lost :{ I still wanted to share my cool pictures of our ceiling reflecting in the bulbs!! I just love it, I think I've taken a picture every year of this view!!

Oh the fun we can have with pipe cleaners!! Good thing Daddy's creative. The kids loved these glasses Joe made for them......they actually wore them around for a couple of days. Too funny :}

Autumn Newborn!!

Here is my new niece Autumn. She absolutely adorable!! I think Wendy and Jason are adjusting very well to being new parents. A little nervous about the naked baby on the blankets......only one accident.....so not bad!! Autumn was awake when we arrived, so we snagged a few pictures with her alert. Then Jason got her to sleep for a bit, so we took advantage and got some cute pictures of her resting!! :} Enjoy!!

Autumn and Ella

The kids and I went this morning to hang out with Autumn and take some pictures!! I'm sooo excited about how they came out!! She's so adorable. :} Here's one with Autumn and Ella, just check out that blanket!! I need one of those. I'll hopefully post more later today. We're heading to a birthday party for our friend Gavin in a little bit. More to come!

Oh Deer

It's always cool to see the wildlife that roam around the pond. Just happened to have my camera handy this day!! Funny that Joe at first thought it was Brutus on the backside of the pond, then realized that Brutus was sitting next to him!

Another Swim....

We've once again completed another swimming lesson session at the Y. The kids have come so far in their ability and their comfort level.....it's really great to see. Considering we've got a pond out the back door, I'm soooo glad they are learning the essentials necessary to stay above water should they fall in. I know we've still got a ways to go, but they are learning!! We've also advanced into the next skill level.....so that's awesome!! :}

Autumn Ruth

Check out my beautiful niece Autumn!! Wendy and Jason welcomed her on Thursday, and I couldn't be more excited for them. The kids and I made our way over for a visit, Joe's been sick, so we left him at home. :( And I've got to admit.....Ella and Evan both got to hold Autumn before I did!! Well technically, I picked her up to put her in Ella's lap.....so maybe that counts!! She was so little, and she slept through all the passing around while we were there. Good Luck Wendy and Jason!! Enjoy every minute.....they'll fly by! :}
