Cabela's Adventure!!

Saturday morning we headed up to Dundee, MI to spend our fortune at Cabela's....and that's soooo easy to do!! :) The kids weren't sure about the animals at first, but they eventually warmed up to them. We even got to feed the fish. The kids got new hats for winter and they each got their own cap gun. Yes, the ride home was very fun!

And today we are watching Hadley while Mark and Joe and Frank golf. Enjoy the random pictures.

So today Joe and I celebrate 4 wonderful years together!!

When we got married we had this fantastic plan.....we were finishing up building our 'temporary' house, and our five year plan was to pay that down, and in about 4 years begin building our dream house! Once that was built and we were settled in....start our family. We all know how well that 'plan' worked out! :) We had Evan a month before our first anniversary and since WE wanted two kids close in age, we immediately followed Evan up with Ella. I guess you could call us over achievers.....what we thought would take a good 5 years we accomplished in 4!! Well, aside from that dream house thing. ;)

If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing. Our children are such a blessing I can't even express it in words. And my husband is unbeatable. We are still planning that dream house and someday it will be built. But for now my life is complete. I Love You Joe and look forward to many more years together of designing our dream house that one day we will build!

Sick Day!

Does this look like the face of a sick girl?? I think she's faking it to stay home with mommy today. :) Unexplainable....just keeps puking up everything that goes in. No fever, no fatigue....running around the house like a crazy girl. Maybe we'll be better tomorrow.

Campground Excitement!!

Saturday Jess and I took the kids out to the campground to hang out with Pat for a while. We played on the playground, Ella took us on a tour of the campground on Pat's golf cart, and we even went on a carriage ride with the kids. Lots of fun!! Thanks Pat for having us out.

Meet baby Gweny

This past weekend Joe's whole family traveled to Cincy to visit Mark, Jackie and Hadley and meet their newest addition.....Gweny! She's pretty much adorable. Tiny as can be and LOTS of beautiful blond hair!! And the best part....hardly ever fussy.....very good baby. All of the kids were excited to see the new baby and everyone wanted to hold her too. Very interesting with Mae and Ella.....the picture of Ella and Gweny is really bad because I was attempting to keep Gweny safe and take the picture all at the same time....so it will have to do! Enjoy the pictures. She's precious guys!! :)

Fair 2009

Here are some action shots from the fun we've been having at the fair. I didn't want to be a completely crazy mom with her camera, so I've taken very few pictures. Ella has been having tons of fun on the rides, as has Evan. I took Evan today and meet up with a high school classmate and her son. Clayton and Evan had a ball riding the rides and seeing the animals and playing the games and playing on the tractors....complete boys!! Perhaps next year we'll be able to include Gavin and Ella!!!
