Where Does the Time Go??

Finally an update...and it's only because I was doing pictures for Macayla and Jackie/Mark that I got updated pictures of the kids. Jess and I were finally able to do Mae's 6 month pictures, only 1 month late! Sorry....and since we had all the girls together we did some picts of them too. And of course we couldn't leave Evan out. I also did Hadley's 6 month pictures....1 month ago! I never got around to posting those, but Jackie I think put them all on her site, so check them out.

GO BUCKS BASH

We would like to announce our annual Hog Roast will be on Sat., October 25th when the Bucks take on Penn State. Tailgating will start at 2:00, dinner at 6:00, game starts at 8:00. We'll provide the hog, one kep of beer and a cooler of lemonade. Please bring a side dish of your choice and your lawn chairs.

We'll be sending out invites soon and I know there are some people I don't have addresses for and some people I'm forgetting to include....so please consider this your invite to come and celebrate with us.

Random Update

So I know this isn't the update everyone expected....just haven't took any new pictures of the kids lately. I thought these would be some cool pictures. These are the roses I carried on our wedding day....nearly 3 years ago! They are very dusty and crunchy....but they look pretty cool next to our wedding bands. I'll put up pictures of the kids soon. :)

Birthday Fun

Evan's 2nd birthday party went really well. We had just gotten our porch patio done the day before and it was soo nice to be able to hold the party outside for everyone to enjoy the day. Thanks to all who came and celebrated with Evan.....he loves all the presents!!

The Kids

Well the intention was to get more pictures of Evan for his 2nd birthday....he wasn't interested, so most of the pictures are of Ella. Wonderful. Maybe when he's three we'll get some good two year pictures!! :)

Mindy Lauf Golf Outing

For those of you involved....and even those who aren't...you can check out the blog that Trina has put together for the golf outing coming up this Saturday. It's on the side under Mindy Lauf Golf Outing. Trina did a great job describing the purpose of the outing and giving everyone some insite into Mindy's life.

Sounds like the outing is already a big success....and hopefully it will be in years to come as well. And the individuals benefiting from this sound genuinely thankful.

Corbin & Evan

So Shana and I took Corbin and Evan to the school on sunday to get some pictures on the playground! It was lots of fun.....but extremely hot! Hence some red faces in these. Corbin had lots of fun and his pictures turned out really good....Evan wasn't quite sure, but he had lots of fun anyway.

Check out our little doll baby! :) She's sitting up like she's been doing it all along, and she's basically crawling now. She hasn't quite figured out it would be easier on her hands....so she's pulling herself around. But she gets where she wants to go....and she gets there fast.

Swim Fun

We've been enjoying the pond lately. It's soo nice when it's hot outside. Evan has been putting his swimming skills from class to use....kicking and blowing bubbles!

Happy 6 Months Ella

Well it snuck up on us....Ella is turning 6 months old already! Of course I put her through the usual picture session...by the end she was ready to be done. She's now got her second tooth, so trying to keep her fingers out of her mouth was fun too. Enjoy the pictures.

Misc. Pictures

Too many pictures not enough time/space!!! Kids really do grow too fast. Ella just got her first tooth yesterday and Evan's getting really good about using the potty. Of course mom and dad are the same...just a little older and grumpier!!

Fireworks!!

Too much fun!! We went to Joe's aunt and uncle's this weekend and watched Spencerville's fireworks display. At first Evan wasn't too sure about all the noise....but he eventually warmed up to them and was ohhhing and ahhhing. Ella even enjoyed them so much that she yelled when they were over.

We're Still Here!!

Oh what fun we've been having!! Evan is such a great big brother....I know I say that all the time, but I just can't get over how great he is with Ella. He's been taking swim lessons and loving them. I think he'll be a natural like mommy and daddy. We busted out the bubbles last week and Brutus was having as much fun as Evan!! It was too funny.
