First 'Ride'

Sunday we decided to take the whole day and start cleaning the garage. The swingset is finally outside....so we have our whole garage back. So what better to do than clean ALL the equipment. Mower, Harley, kids' toys, etc. Tore it all apart.....and cleaned everything.

So Evan and Ella (and mommy) got a lesson from daddy on how to take care of our vehicles. Evan and Ella had to start with their toys before they were allowed to touch daddy's Harley. It was the greatest thing to watch these two. Ella was soaked head to toe...and Evan was doing such hard work he exhausted himself. Grandpa would have been so proud to see these two hard at work taking care of their toys!!

Growing Up!!

So I took the kids this evening for some pictures....Evan's three year pictures and Ella's 18 month pictures! I decided last year after a picture session here that this will be the place where I come back to for their 'scale' picture. So after dinner this evening we ran up the road for a brief session. So hopefully I'll find another location soon and get some more pictures done.

Random Picts.

Some random pictures from this weekend. The kids decided it would be fun to 'play fort' with the sheets I had hanging over the drying rack in the closet. It was pretty cute. On Sat. we headed up to Wendy & Frank's lake house. Thanks for having us up guys. We had lots of fun and the kids enjoyed playing in the water. Ella couldn't quite decide which game she wanted to play, so she just went for all the games at once!! Enjoy...

One Year Old Tubing!!!???

We had lots of fun this weekend. We headed up to Doug & Jess's lake place in Michigan and the kids Loved it. They had lots of fun on the boat and playing with their cousins all weekend. We got to watch the fireworks on the boat Friday night, and made it home Saturday night to sit on our porch and watch Van Wert's fireworks!! Sort of a tradition for Joe and I now.

Doug was determined to take Joe and Evan tubing....so we went out Saturday and Joe went first. Needless to say....Doug needs a faster boat!! It wasn't quite as easy as Doug thought for Joe to give up.  :) Evan was completely uninterested in the whole thing....but Ella...Fearless!! She was loving it. Even giving Doug the thumbsup meaning go faster. We're really in for it when she get bigger. Thanks for having us up guys. It was lots of fun.
