What a busy week! Midnight mass, up early for presents, off to mamma's house, then great-mamma, then grandma's.....the kids still aren't back to their 'normal' schedules yet! We had such a great Christmas with Evan this year, understanding the whole concept of opening presents...Ella was just there to taste test the wrapping!! He was quite the trooper, opening all Ella's presents for her. They are so great together....I just hope it lasts when they are older! We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. And I should clarify the post below....Evan has a kids digital camera. It's one of those 'indestructible' camera's made for young kids.
I present you with Evan's favorite present in the world....it goes everywhere with him. My mom and dad got him a digital camera for Christmas and he absolutely loves it!! Here is some of his work. Hope you all enjoy. I will eventually get some of my pictures on here too.
No one was safe....he photographed everyone and everything!!
A little self portrait An intense game of slap uno! Fun
It's a Beautiful day in our neighborhood!! This is what Van Wert looks like right now....and apparently it's not going away for a few days. This is one of my favorite tree lines and I finally got some pictures there. It's really cool in the fall too.
Our attempt at Santa Claus. He was at the Old Barn Out Back last night and we met Lisa, Cathy and the kids there to see The Big Man! Well you can tell from Ella's grip on Joe how well it went, and notice how Evan isn't even in the picture. Didn't want anything to do with Santa.
So I've decided to officially put myself 'on the market'...so to speak!! I would love to begin offering photography services to those interested. I prefer lifestyle photography, which means I don't do studio photography. I do on location photography, whether it be outdoors or in your home. I enjoy photographing children...as you can tell from my blog! And I'm willing to try anything. If you are interested, please contact me via e-mail, which can be found on the right side of this page.
We had x-mas last night with my mom's side of the family....all I can say is Evan's going to have lots of presents to open this year. All Ella wanted to do was climb on top of the present!! Too cute. Once she got Tiger out of the box though she was all about loving on him. Thanks Mamma and Pappa for the wonderful presents.
I had the great opportunity to photography Amy and Ryan's family last weekend. Their girls were wonderful to work with and full of energy. Amy has her house looking terrific for the holidays....and I was very jealous! Not only did she have up two trees...you can see her fireplace in this first picture and the rest of the house was decked out too. And the girls each have their own trees in their rooms! Beautiful house, adorable family, and wonderful first clients!! Thanks guys I hope you enjoy your pictures.
So Evan helped me put up the tree....and he was very excited, and everyday we get home he has to plug it in right away. Too cute!! Here are some fun pictures we took before bed time this evening. He even says 'goodnight' to baby Jesus in the nativity scene....how precious.
This is our life.......some days completely fun and some days a little frustrating! But our life none-the-less. I love my family and my life and I have a good time documenting it in our blog!! I hope you enjoy visiting. :} Thanks for stopping by.
