Helpful Bro

Here are some pictures of Ella with her two new cousins. We've spent a few evenings at Doug and Jess's and we were able to make a quick trip to Cincy this weekend to visit Mark and Jackie and meet Hadley.

Monday will be the first day both ladies are left home without daddy's help. I know both Jess and Jackie will do great with their little ones. Good Luck ladies.....sleep when they sleep, trust your instincts....you'll be fantastic!! These new mommies are doing great and the daddies aren't bad either! Love you guys!!

Well Jess and Doug had a little girl!! Macayla Louise joined us today....so now poor Evan is out numbered! At least he's got some boy cousins on my side!! :) Keep checking their blogs for pictures....I won't post any before they get a chance to show off their newborns themselves.

Oh Baby....ies

So Joe's sisters have finally decided to give our children some cousins!! Yeah.....Jackie had Hadley last night around 7:30pm and Jess's water broke around 10:00pm last night. So she is in the hospital awaiting her birth! Doug and Jess didn't find out what they were having....so we're all still waiting to see if it's a boy or girl.

Precious Girl

So I decided to do some pictures today while Ella and I were 'bored'!! She wasn't too happy with me because it was cold in the room....so most pictures she has in a pacifier to keep her from crying. But either way I think she's still adorable. :) Hopefully dad will help me out with some additional ones this weekend. Enjoy.

Some super cute pictures of Ella and of Evan being a wonderful big brother. He's very helpful with her at feeding times and when she's crying he's very concerned. In the second picture he literally fell asleep after helping me burp Ella....it was too cute. Especially considering he hardly ever falls asleep anywhere besides his bed. We're completely enjoying this time with our two great children!

Ella Marie

Here she is....Ella was born today at 2:21pm. She's a healthy 7lbs 10oz and stretching out to 21 inches long. Of course she's the cutest baby every......second to Evan. She's got a full head of hair and long fingers and toes. We'll get some more pictures posted as soon as she's cleaned up and looking more photogenic!! And mom too. I wanted to get one of Joe in his scrubs......but he wouldn't let me.

My Little Devil

I wanted to add one picture of Evan before his site is overrun with pictures of the new baby!! Here he is harassing the dog while he's trying to nap.....too funny. Thankfully Brutus is very good with Evan and just takes it.

Ella's Birthday...

Ok....my c-section has been scheduled for Monday afternoon at 1:30. Wish me luck!! Or at least my Dr. since I won't be doing a whole lot but laying there. But check back Monday afternoon to hopefully see some pictures of Ella.

Baby Ella Update

She is currently 7 lbs and is in the correct position for delivery. My Dr. did not schedule my c-section yet. I go back on Tuesday for my next appointment, so we'll see what the Dr. says then. But as it stands now the Dr. won't schedule me for anything until after the 14th of Jan. I personally am hoping I go into labor prior to the 14th.....but we'll see. I'll do my best to keep you all updated.

Christmas Morning.....

Well, I've been trying to get some more Christmas pictures to load....but I'm unsuccessful at this point. I'll try some more later. Until then you can enjoy this one of Evan Christmas morning opening gifts at John and Kay's house. He was very excited about all the gifts he got and each morning in his room now he's not sure which way to go first!! It's too cute.

Hopefully baby Ella will be joining us soon. I have an ultrasound on Jan. 3rd to determine the weight and see which route the Dr. and I take for delivery.....since Evan's birth was a little dramatic my Dr. doesn't want to repeat that if necessary. So once Ella is close to 8 lbs the Dr. is going to be scheduling my C-section if necessary. I keep telling her that tomorrow will work with my schedule if she's avaliable....but she just keeps laughing!! We'll keep everyone posted. Happy Holidays!!

'Tis The Season'

Happy Holidays everyone!!! Evan went to see Santa this morning and did a wonderful job. Mom was a little nervous.....but Evan didn't even cry like I thought he would. I was very impressed. So here is the photo with the big guy......yes, I mean Santa. And the one below is of the two puppies playing in the snow this morning. Brutus loves the snow, but Harley is a little skeptical yet. He's beginning to enjoy it.
